We can also accomplish specialty stitches like Reverse Coverstitch for a flatlock look or pleating. Our operators are also trained to look for imperfections during the sewing process to minimize the amount of second-quality goods that could otherwise slip through.

Just like our Pattern work our Marking and Grading is all done here. We utilize the most up-to-date marking and grading systems and are familiar with all the different program formats. Anything from Gerber to Style Cad. If you have a handmade pattern, that's no problem either, as we can digitize it for you.

With our trimming and finishing team, we train every single team member to have a keen eye for quality and to spot any damages or imperfections. Every step of the process we are checking for quality, but Trimming and Finishing is the final step so we know how crucial it is to maintain the best standard and catch any flaws.

We have highly skilled pattern makers in house that will help take your sketch to the next level. With years of experience they are very knowledgeable in all the currently trending fits. If you have a customized fit they can help fine tune it to the exact specifications you desire.

We work with and have good relations with many domestic and import knitters, giving us a wide range of sourcing capabilities. Minimum order quantities depend on several factors. Full package work with fabric knitting will typically be set at around 1000 units depending on the minimum fabric order.
